Return Process

At Rosepetal, we place a strong emphasis on ensuring your order reaches you without a hitch. Before shipping, every product undergoes a thorough inspection. If you encounter a size issue or receive a defective item, we’re here to assist with an exchange. Just reach out to us at orders@rosepetalonlinestore.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly make sure the product is in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice along with the reason for the exchange.

Certain return policies are applicable in terms of returning the products –

·         Products not to be returned if bought under-sale or special promotions.

·         Products not to be returned on the condition of the products as mentioned in the product description.

·         Products not to be returned if it is customized as per your order.

·         Products not to be returned without its original packaging, price tags, labels, barcodes, original invoices, etc.

  • Any product delivered defective / damaged or wrong W.R.T what is shown on the website could be returned / replaced within 48 hours of the delivery. Please reach out to our WhatsApp Chat Support.
  • We accept returns / replacements of cutlery, cushion covers, napkins, bath, face & hand towels, bath mats and placemats ONLY. Please place the return / replacement request within 48 hours of the delivery.
  • For Exchange process, You can expect delivery of the exchanged product within 3-7 business days depending on your address/location. For locations that are remote or not serviced by Courier Agencies, products will be delivered only by Registered Post and thus delivery may take between 10-12 working days.

Please note that freight charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility –

  • If the payment mode is COD or cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded by Demand Draft.
  • If the payment has been made by credit card, the refund will be made to the account of the credit holder.
  • The refund process typically takes 1–2 business days to initiate after your request is approved. Once processed, the refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If the payment has been made using a credit issued from any foreign location then the refund will be subject to the applicable foreign exchange regulations.

We ship the ordered products directly from our warehouse by using the services of some of the reputed courier agencies. Please allow for the number of days required to deliver the product to you from the date of your order acceptance.
